I had double eyelid surgery 4 years ago! I asked for it to look natural, so it really is so natural that no one would know unless I told them, and the line turned out pretty, but because of my personal preference, I wanted a thicker line, so now I do use double eyelid tape. Still, I think the surgery itself turned out really well. The lower canthoplasty looked a little awkward and noticeable at first, but now it is nicely and prettily widened.
