Before and after To start off, I had always wanted double eyelid surgery because of my dull-looking eyes + epicanthal folds at the inner corners + ptosis.
They gave me a very thorough consultation, and the director strongly said I did not need ptosis correction, so I decided to do it right away haha. My forehead really doesn't move... Other hospitals either vaguely left the choice up to me or said I absolutely had to do it. It seemed like they didn't overtreat, so I trusted them.
My eyes look similar to how they did when I used to wear double eyelid glue, and I think they turned out natural, so I'm very satisfied. The swelling went down quickly too. Since the space between my eyes is on the narrow side, some hospitals said they couldn't do epicanthoplasty at all, but the director said right away that opening it just a little was possible. And I really think I made the right choice!!! It turned out natural and nice.
