The doctor is kind every time he comes by..ㅜㅜㅜ
I'm very lazy, so I was going to post, but I'll write it roughly at least..
I'm extremely timid, so I absolutely needed a kind place and people who would reassure me...ㅠ That's why I did it here..
Implant-free rhinoplasty with an infranasal incision. They used ear cartilage and septal cartilage and only raised the nasal tip.. It was 3 mm. If I had put in silicone, it would have been more dramatic, but I just liked my own image, so I only needed to improve my complex about the nasal tip and nasal direction.
1. My nostril size was originally asymmetric 2. My nose leaned to the left 3. I had rhinitis surgery done together 4. I don't drink or smoke
I wondered if the nasolabial angle was lifted, ㅠㅠ but there is none of that at all.. It was needless worry.
After removing the splint, the swelling went down a lot.
My nostrils became slimmer than before tooㅠ The central angle is exactly right.. The doctor is the best...ㅠㅠㅠ
Day 1: I originally had a habit of breathing through my mouth, so I wasn't very uncomfortable even though my nose was blocked, but it was hard when sleeping sitting up or eating. Because of the splint, my nose looked very upturned, and because of the cotton inside my nostrils, I felt anxious that my nostrils seemed bigger.
Day 2: Same as the first day, but if there was one difference, the shaved-down hump area felt throbbing and tight. But I didn't think anything had gone wrong; it felt like part of the healing process.
Day 3: The cotton inside my nose was removed. The feeling of it sliding out and being able to breathe made me so happy. But when I was getting disinfected, it felt like there was no sensation at the nasal tip while also having strange pain, and I teared up..ㅠ Air passed through my nose so well that when the air conditioner was on, my nose felt cold and my throat dried out quickly.. The throbbing in the hump area was the same.
Day 4: Sleeping while sitting was so hard, and the inside of the splint was itchy. I disinfected and applied ointment from time to time. When I wore a mask and walked and got hot, my nose struggled too.
Day 5: Sameㅜ I removed the cotton from the end of a cotton swab and carefully inserted it between the tapes stuck under the splint to scratch.
Day 6: Splint removed. I could visibly see that a lot of swelling still remained. After getting swelling laser treatment and coming home, my nose looked prettier than before, but it was hard to imagine the final line. When it leaned to one side, my nasal tip throbbed a little.
Day 7, today: The swelling has gone down a lot compared to yesterday, and the nasal tip became slimmer. Still, I think I'm in a situation where I need to wait quite a while. I washed my hair and showered too, but because the nasal tip is a bit raised, I can't gauge the height, so I keep accidentally tapping my nasal tip with my hand ㅠㅠ It hurts.
I'm posting this hoping it helpsㅠㅠㅋ Since yesterday, after taking off the splint, I slept a little on my side. If I sleep straight on my back, I can't fall asleep...
