<Photo 1 year and a half after ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty><First day after revision surgery><Day 2 after revision surgery>I had double eyelid surgery at a local ophthalmology clinic 11 years ago, but it all came undone, so I went to Apgujeong & Plastic Surgery (Gwangju branch) to get double eyelid surgery + posterior lower canthoplasty. Because my eyes are small, they recommended ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty instead of posterior lower canthoplasty. At first, it turned out really well, and I liked that the upper canthoplasty left no scar. But from around the one-year mark, I don’t know if it was because I was getting older, but my eyelids started drooping, covering the double eyelid line, and it became hard to open my eyes, so I started opening them with my eyebrows. When I’m tired, a second double eyelid crease forms, which makes it difficult. I went back for revision surgery. They said it would be better to keep the line as is and just remove some of the sagging skin. Half of the current line height would be perfect, but I’m worried that after the swelling goes down and a year passes, it will droop again, the line will get lower, and the double eyelid line will be covered again.
