The final stage of the golden time!!
First, looking at the photos, even though this was a procedure where fat was extracted by injections, doesn’t it look like the fat came off so well!? Honestly, these days I only think I did such a good job when I look in the mirror and remember my arms from before that absolutely wouldn’t slim down and were sturdy It’s amazing that it slimmed down this well, but there was no pain or bruising..
Let me organize it first..!! On the first day, of course there was bruising and swelling! I had almost no pain haha It just felt a bit sore when pressed! Everyone was so kind that I relaxed well and got the procedure.
From day 4-5, the swelling gradually went down and the bruising turned yellow! There was no pain at all!
After that, I received aftercare every week. My arms got slimmer day by day!
At about one month, a lot really came off.. Of course, there was still quite a bit of the sagging part left!
In the second month, as I lost weight too and received aftercare together, of course they got even thinner. Now even my friends were surprised and said my upper arms got thinner!!
Now that I’m almost at 3 months..!! haha As I said above, I’m so satisfied haha

Even after the golden time passes, I’m thinking of getting prescriptions occasionally and receiving a little help:)
For all 3 months, I really didn’t miss once-a-week aftercare, and because that effect was also huge..! If anyone is thinking about the procedure, I definitely, definitely recommend receiving aftercare too!!
Now I’m happy thinking I’ll be able to wear sleeveless tops well in summer too And in spring, fall, and winter I’ll be happy because I’ll wear fitted T-shirts well too.. Everyone, for areas that really won’t slim down, I recommend fat extraction injections like I did And let’s also keep working out..!! haha Thank you for reading hehe
