First of all, my nose is low and when I smile, the nasal alae look spread out? That kind of nose. But apparently I have a slight hump? Something I had never known in my life,, I thought my nasal bridge was low, but every clinic I went to said my bridge is not low (but I still need silicone)
1. ㅁㅌ (ㅇㅎㅅ) I went because I wanted surgery with a single-doctor clinic, and as expected from the reviews, he tells you very sharply what is possible and what is not. It did feel a bit,, intimidating, and he looked very tired and bothered,, Did the consultation last 10 minutes,, I could feel that he proceeds with a very safety-first approach, and they said I would be awake during surgery so I could check my nose shape myself. I do not remember well, but he recommended osteotomy + silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and the estimate was 4.95 million won,,,, I expected it, but it was the most expensive. They said the price would go up more over time,,, Consultation fee 10,000 won
2. ㅇㅇㅂ (ㄱㅊ)
I had not planned to go here, but my friend suggested we go, so I followed along. They take a CT and there is no consultation fee, so I went along It was really big, and there were over 10 doctors, maybe,, It was a bit hectic and crowded. They said my septal cartilage was sufficient, so I probably would not need costal cartilage, and recommended osteotomy + hump + silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. If I uploaded a review and did this and that, I think it was around 3 million won. Consultation fee x
3. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ (ㄱㄷㅈ) I had a consultation with the representative director for noses, and he was incredibly kind and explained things extremely well in a way that was easy to understand. But since this is my first surgery, I wanted to avoid costal cartilage, yet from the start he recommended using donated costal cartilage so that I would not need revision surgery. I told him I had seen many posts saying costal cartilage gets absorbed? and he said absorption may happen a little, but if the position of the rib cartilage is somewhat floating, it can settle down and look that way. He said if it is fixed well in the correct position, that will not happen, and the way he spoke was so detailed and confident that I wanted to do it there right away. Before going to the consultation, I had resolved not to use costal cartilage, but after hearing it, it sounded okay again,, swaying back and forth~ Osteotomy + hump + silicone + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage was 4.9 million won (they said it costs that much because of the costal cartilage!) Consultation fee x
I still have more places left to visit, but since I tried to schedule them all in one day, coordinating the times was difficult, so I think I will go in a few weeks I hope this helps everyone, even a little!
