It was a surgery I had done secretly, so I needed it not to be obvious, but my upper eyelids bruised and it showed more than I expected. After exactly 2 weeks, it looked much more natural, but the right side felt a bit overcorrected, so it always looked uneven and bothered me a bit.
Around 2 years later, the left side started to come undone first, and the right side, which had looked overcorrected, did not come undone easily either, so there was a dark period when the uneven look became more noticeable. By around 3 years, both sides had come undone, and only wrinkles were left.
Also, I would sometimes feel a foreign-body sensation in the same spot inside my right eyelid, but whether a thread was sticking out or what, even when I went to the hospital, they could not identify the cause. Now, 3 years later, the foreign-body sensation is gone, and the double eyelid is gone too.
