When I looked up reviews, Director Heo's brutally honest comments left an impression on me, so I went in with expectations.. And sure enough, as soon as he saw my face in the consultation room, he listed about five procedures like he was rapping lol Since I have no experience with cosmetic surgery or procedures, I couldn't understand at first, but he answered my questions well, so it was a time where I learned a lot about my face..
I went for a nose consultation, but aside from the nose, he told me recommended procedures one by one, from my forehead down to my jawline. The blunt assessment was really helpful for me, but if you feel uncomfortable with being recommended procedures you didn't ask about, it would be good to prepare yourself mentally beforehand. I went with my mom, and he recommended several things to my mom too.
Since I have a bulbous nose and a wide, low nasal bridge, he recommended osteotomy + nostril reduction + 4 mm silicone + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. He said a more dramatic nose would suit my face, so he recommended making it high. He drew the shape on my side-profile photo while explaining, so it felt more tangible. I definitely liked that he seemed confident in design and felt very experienced.
For reference, the consultation time was about 15 minutes, but I think it felt short because the director speaks quickly. Maybe because I just made the reservation by phone, the wait was quite long (40 minutes;)
