After one month, I have no pain at all. The bruising on my legs has now faded to only faint yellow bruises, so it doesn’t show. There are still some hardened areas and swelling. I think I’ll have to wait until about two to three months to see.
Still, even though all the swelling hasn’t gone down, I can feel that I’m slimmer compared to before! Now my lower belly doesn’t stick out even when I don’t tighten my abdomen, so it looks smooth and I like it.
Especially my bumpy waistline has become smooth!!! I’m most satisfied with this ㅠㅠㅠ
Maybe because my overall torso volume has decreased, the pants I had at home have become loose and don’t fit. Every time I see that, I feel proud haha. Thanks to that, I’ve been more motivated to diet these days and I’m working hard, and I plan to keep going! Best motivation for dieting!!!!
