I’m stressed because of AS after natural adhesion double eyelid surgery

I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery 3 months ago. After the surgery, the lines on both sides were uneven. One side is in-out and the other is semi-out, but on the semi-out side a crease is forming. They said the unevenness on both sides was because the swelling hadn’t gone down, so it would even out later and the crease would disappear too. Also, at the ends of the lines on both eyes, I kept feeling small bumpy spots like pimples. And acquaintances who knew I had surgery kept asking why my eyes were so uneven and whether the surgery had gone wrong. I was really stressed, but I trusted what the doctor said and waited for both sides to even out. Maybe time would fix it... And now it’s been 3 months, but the unevenness is still the same and the crease is still there too. The problem is that on one eye, a blue thread knot pierced through the skin and came out, and the knot snapped off. On the other side, that bumpy pimple-like area became red and swollen, then turned into a mess with inflammation like I’d been stung by a bee. I contacted the clinic and talked to the consultation manager, and when I said the knot had come out, they said thread showing through can happen. When I said the asymmetry was severe, they said my eyes were originally a bit asymmetrical? Wasn’t the whole point of getting surgery to match both sides because they were asymmetrical? They said I have to undo the thread knot and have revision surgery. I’m honestly annoyed that I have to go through that difficult process again, and I’m scared the same thing will happen again if I get natural adhesion done again. I said I don’t trust the doctor in charge and asked them to change the doctor for the revision, but they said that would be difficult because that doctor knows my eyes best. If they know my eyes so well, how did they make them like this... I’ve heard of threads sticking out after double eyelid surgery, but does it make sense for a whole suture knot lump to pierce through the skin, come out, and fall off?
