I booked a consultation because I liked all the reviews. At first, I waited about 30 minutes and had a consultation with the manager first. She was kind and understood well what I wanted to improve, so the consultation was good. But after consulting with the manager, I waited over an hour and a half for the doctor’s consultation, so it was really exhausting. Still, I liked the consultation with the doctor, so the wait didn’t feel like a waste. They clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t, so I was able to understand my nose accurately.
