As I’d heard, they were extremely kind during the consultation and explained everything in detail, so I felt they were professional! I asked a lot of questions and had a lot of worries, but they showed me in the mirror and explained each reason one by one. I liked that they kindly recommended only the areas that were truly needed! The consultant also matched my facial asymmetry precisely and pointed out the issues with my face accurately. However, since there is only one director, they handle both surgery and consultations, so the waiting time is very long.. In contrast, parking is only free for 1 hour! So parking fees do come out a bit..^.^ But I understood as soon as I had the consultation. The director alone explained things for 20-30 minutes! Among all the places I’ve gone to for consultations so far, they were the kindest and most meticulous, so I thought, ah, things get delayed little by little because they listen to patients this much and think through things together
