So I asked my fiancé to take some photos of me and took really unfiltered shots, and wow, the front view was awful, but the back view was almost unsightly

I really wanted to wear my dress beautifully on the wedding day, so I decided on upper-arm liposuction, searched online and went around for consultations diligently, and got upper-arm liposuction!!

People say the line right after surgery is the final line, right?? So as soon as I opened my eyes after surgery, before the anesthesia had even fully worn off, I took photos first No Since I was told I have large arm muscles, I didn’t even expect a concave look, I just hoped they would at least become straight arms..!! That’s what I wished for, but doesn’t it kind of look like bone-thin arms!!??!
This was taken after the anesthesia fully wore off, after I put on the compression garment and came to the bathroom. Even then, the swelling was slowly starting to come up. It was really cold, but my arms didn’t hurt a lot or anything.
This was taken at home in the evening on the day of surgery. I could feel the swelling increasing in real time! But strangely, I could still raise my arms well, the compression garment wasn’t uncomfortable, and I kept looking in the mirror only at my slimmer arms ><
I had a lot of fat above the elbows too, so because they removed a lot, the area above the elbows is very swollen, but I can really feel that the back-arm line became slimmer, so I’m so happy
Day by day, the swelling and bruising got darker in real time and spread downward, but strangely, until day 5? it didn’t hurt at all, just slightly uncomfortable? I even went to work the day after surgery, and although my stamina was a bit strained, my arms didn’t hurt!!!
I really swell easily, so when I searched, people were taking things like Dangguisusan?? They said it works better than pumpkin red-bean tea, so I’m taking it, but ugh.. if you don’t like scents like angelica, just drink pumpkin red-bean tea or pumpkin juice… And from the day after surgery, I went to work, did daily activities and housework, and actually tried to use my arms more energetically than usual, while staying within a non-strenuous range! They say using your arms often helps recovery more than just lying still. Maybe because of that, until day 5, I really only felt discomfort that was less than post-workout muscle soreness.
Around the one-week mark, as lumps/firmness started to form, the compression garment that hadn’t been uncomfortable started feeling uncomfortable, my armpits felt extremely tight, and my arms felt prickly? throbbing? with heat rising, so some pain from the lumps/firmness started appearing
And what bothers me more than the pain is the purple bruising that goes all the way down to my hands… It’s hard to hide from people around you, and if you work in service or customer-facing jobs, or have a special day coming up, please definitely!!! take into account the purple bruises and Doraemon fists when scheduling!! I don’t know if it’s because I bruise easily but right now I even have bruises on my palms
