I saw an acquaintance get it done and it turned out well, so I did it too.
Breast base 11.5 / rib cage 65 / transaxillary incision, dual plane Left - Motiva Demi 285, Right - Motiva Demi 300 Drain, compression bra X Only wore an upper band
Currently in year 2. The texture of the implants feels similar to touching them from the outside. Rather than soft, it feels chewy and firm. (Personally, I don’t like it) If I could go back, I think I’d consider another implant that felt softer instead of Motiva.
They say breast surgery has the highest satisfaction, but I can’t relate. I think it’s one of the surgeries where your own skin and tissue quality has a very big influence.
Cases with sagging breasts after childbirth or breasts that are large but not pretty in shape seem to have the best prognosis after surgery. Why? Because the implant goes inside stretched skin with good existing tissue, so the texture is good and the shape gets corrected too, which is best. For me, my skin was tight and my existing breast tissue was average.. Because of my tissue quality, it stretched less, and I feel like my satisfaction with the texture is also not that high.
And I went into surgery prepared to either replace or remove the implants 10 years later. Breast surgery has a lot of side effects, big and small (decreased immunity, hair loss, capsular contracture, etc...) Among surgeries, the implant size is also the largest, and you have to carry them for life, so maybe it’s only natural? I haven’t had any side effects so far, but I do wonder if I should get an X-ray at least once.
And to write a bit about the clinic, it’s factory-style, so there are a lot of people and reservations are meaningless. From consultation/surgery/aftercare, every single visit involved waiting 1 or 2 hours, so after going a few times I stopped going. There was a Botox service I received for writing a review, but that was also very bad I think you get what you pay for with the cheap price. The surgery seems to have turned out okay. It feels like as long as there are no side effects, it’s fine.
This review is for surgery pursuing a natural look.
