<Before><After / The surface still isn’t fully smoothed out because of swelling and lumpiness> I went through an introduction from someone in the medical field. At first, I didn’t even know exactly how fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty were different, so I just thought it would probably be good…. and without even going to other clinics, I had something called Rewind lower blepharoplasty. It also included a midface lift, so it took 3 and a half hours. Even during the surgery, I could feel that the doctor’s touch was extremely meticulous. I had the surgery without my husband knowing, said I was going on a trip, and stayed at a friend’s house for a week before coming back. By day 5, I started getting anxious. Until day 3, I just thought, of course it would look severe… but as the time to go home got closer, I became nervous and anxious...... I looked up every possible side effect, and while doing that, I also saw two or three people criticizing the surgeon… I was so, so, so, so anxious. I had the stitches removed after 1 week, and now it has been 2 weeks since surgery. There is still lumpiness under my eyes, and the scar will take time anyway, but because I had lower blepharoplasty at a somewhat early age, I regretted and resented that part. Still, if I was going to do something, I became convinced that lower blepharoplasty was the right choice. Or rather, if I had waited another 4-5 years and then had lower blepharoplasty, I might have been more satisfied with the before-and-after, but since I already had the surgery, I’m amazed by and satisfied with getting this level of result. I made an appointment for a 3-month checkup. There are still uneven areas and blotchiness, but after one month, three months, and six months pass, I’m sure everything will resolve and I’ll become even more satisfied with the result.
