I had been thinking about double eyelid surgery for almost 7 years, and while carefully looking for a clinic that performs natural-looking surgery, I ended up having a consultation at Hani Plastic Surgery. First of all, I liked that it was a one-director system because it felt trustworthy.
The inside of the clinic was clean too, and usually even if I make a consultation appointment and arrive on time, I’ve often been stressed because of endless waiting, but at Hani Plastic Surgery they prepared the consultation right on time, which was really nice!
When I entered the consultation room, a staff member first took photos of my face, and then, together with Director Choi Jeong-hoon, we looked at my face photos while he showed me line by line what kind of line would suit me. He didn’t over-treat, and he spoke in a very kind tone, so I trusted him more.. I was exhausted from touring clinics all day, but as soon as I got the consultation, I thought, this is the place..!
He recommended a natural inline double eyelid + ptosis correction, and since I want to do ptosis correction later, I decided to proceed with only double eyelid surgery and booked a date a few days later right away.
On the day of surgery, after arriving at the clinic, I briefly talked with the consultation staff about what kind of line I wanted, and then the director came in and took time to design it carefully again.
The director recommended a line slightly higher than the one I wanted, but when I said I wanted a slightly more natural look, he respected my opinion and said it was right to choose the line that looked better to me and that I wanted, which I was grateful for,, (When I went for consultations elsewhere, they kind of pressured me, not quite forced but forced(?), to do a higher line instead of the line I wanted, so I was a bit worried about that..)
Before the surgery and after it ended, the staff kindly guided me and supported me, and now I’m just waiting for the surgical swelling to go down..!! My friends also said the line was set naturally and prettily, so I’m really looking forward to it..!!
