SD The director was kind lol I saw it written in other people's reviews too, but he was considerate and listened well lol They said it didn’t feel like surgery, it made them want to date him, and that actually makes sense lol For me, for the cheekbones and square jaw, we decided to barely cut the jaw under the ears and focus more on the cortical bone area so the middle of my cheeks looks lighter. I have a lot of deep cheek fat, so I’ll remove the deep cheek fat, and of course do the cheekbones. My chin is on the narrow side, so I don’t have to do it, but if I do, he said to just make it slightly slimmer and advance it forward. Honestly, this is what I’m most conflicted about… Since he said to go natural, I don’t really want to advance it, and I think my chin is cute, so if it’s not necessary for my facial balance, I don’t want to do it, you know? But here, 2 procedures cost more than 3 procedures (including writing a review) lolololol?!?!? Even if I write a review for 2 procedures, they made it sound like the event discount wouldn’t apply ㅠㅠ It would be nice if I got prettier after doing it, but I’m also worried that if they cut the chin with a T-osteotomy, recovery would be that much harder too.
NT The hospital was big and there were a lot of clients. I think it’s probably because they do breasts too and don’t only do facial contouring. And the director was… tired lol So the consultation felt a bit blunt, but still, it seemed like he did everything he needed to do. He assessed my face very sharply. There’s nothing noticeably angular anywhere (overall, the harmony is actually pretty balanced), but everything is a little developed, so he said in the end I’d need to touch everything by pushing in and cutting each part just a little lol And he asked me to name 3 celebrities I think are pretty. I mentioned people who are pretty even with a square jaw, people with pointier faces, and basically said I think anyone is pretty if they look harmonious, but even so, he picked up well on the common strengths among those people, so it felt like he understood what I wanted. Of course the cheekbones would be moved in, and here too, rather than the square jaw under the ears, he suggested slimming the central cheek area and shaving it all at once with cortical osteotomy and a pinless method. He said if the area beside the mouth is made slimmer but the chin is too blunt, the proportions won’t match, so while trimming just a tiny bit, it can be done pinless too. And what’s important is that for something like the deep cheek area, here they suggested masseter reduction. My jaw muscles are actually somewhat developed, so I liked that he seemed to catch that well.
The two consultations were subtly different, so I’m conflicted. There isn’t much price difference. Still, SD is a bit more expensive, and NT seems a bit cheaper compared to SD. Both places have an anesthesiologist on site (but SD is better in this regard. They said there is only one director and he is always there. At NT, they said the anesthesiologist also covers two places at the same time… though of course they said it’s safe).
