Even after surgery, the stitches from lateral canthoplasty aren’t noticeable. You’ll know if you look at how surgery is done elsewhere. If you’re the type who scars easily, it’s really better to give up the desire for anything excessive and, if it feels lacking here, have several revision surgeries. Places that make it look overly obvious can leave a D-shaped deformity or make it obvious that the area was cut. It won’t become a pretty lateral-lower canthoplasty. I’m still satisfied that I had my first lateral and lower canthoplasty done here. Don’t get greedy and go somewhere else to do it again. I recommend doing it multiple times here. They also shape the nose surgery line beautifully.
