The director was extremely kind, understood exactly what I wanted based on my nose, and only suggested what could be done within safe limits, so I really liked it. I asked a lot of questions too, and they explained each advantage and disadvantage of having that surgery one by one, and during the consultation they looked at the CT scan very thoroughly!
