About 6 years ago, I had surgery at ㅂㄹㅇ with Dr. ㄱㄱㄹ because of my hump nose. I remember being told they would use ear cartilage? to remove the hump. I remember filling out a questionnaire(?) there about what I wanted my nose to look like, and there were several items like preference for a natural look and preference for a glamorous look, and I chose preference for a natural look. I remember they said they would slightly shave down the hump and connect the line at the nasal tip with ear cartilage?. The result is that the hump disappeared, and my nose turned out very natural and pretty. No one knows I had rhinoplasty.
