Please take a look at my nose I did raise it a lot, but the splint isn't very firm, so I'm managing it by pressing it down a bit here and there.. I also had osteotomy, and wanting it even higher would be greed, right? They said they raised it as much as possible. .. I had septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, bulbous nose correction, and nasolabial angle correction done
