There aren’t that many places known for doing men’s revision eye and nose surgery well, so I had a lot of worries, but I met a skilled director and it was successful.
Since mine was a revision surgery, it was difficult to explain the detailed parts that only I knew about in a way the director could understand. Maybe because he has a lot of experience, he really pinpointed the key points well and clearly explained realistically what was possible, so I trusted him and decided to proceed.
I booked the earliest available surgery date, and on the day, during the design meeting, I showed him photos. He understood and proceeded with the surgery exactly along the line I wanted.
After my first surgery, my nose looked a bit crooked, and my goal was a high, slim nose. He improved the nose length, the sharpness of the nasal tip, and the clarity of the eyes. I also used autologous costal cartilage, and he said removing scar tissue took a long time because of an implant called Medpor? that had been used during the first surgery. Thanks to him performing the surgery carefully, both my eyes and nose are recovering well, and I’m satisfied with the lines.
