Since my septal cartilage is on the weak side, they said they would not use septal cartilage, but would use donated costal cartilage as support and ear cartilage to shape the rounded nasal tip They said that if ear cartilage is used, they would make a mold of the shape to prevent deviation I felt like they would shape it nicely and slimly, so my expectations were high
