I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery for my first double eyelid procedure, but it came undone, so the line became multiple folds, and as it faded, I felt like my overall impression looked less defined too. My eyes also looked sleepy, so when I went around for consultations, they said my eyes had ptosis. Other places said it could be corrected with double eyelid surgery alone, but at this clinic, they said it was definitely ptosis and recommended eye shape correction, and told me I would need to keep practicing how to open my eyes with my eyes. Also, because my eyelid fat was sunken, they said if I only did double eyelid surgery, overlapping creases would form, so they also recommended orbital fat grafting. I had already been feeling lately that my upper eyelids looked sunken, so I really liked that they noticed even those details so sharply. I still have consultations left at about two more places, but so far this was the consultation I liked the most. It made me think they really are revision surgery specialists for a reason.
