There are differences in side effects between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, so I couldn’t choose and wanted to get some advice from the director. I was grateful because it really felt like they were thinking it through as if it were their own nose But then they recommended something additional on top of that, and it was something I hadn’t expected, so I didn’t book and just came out saying I’d think about it..
