I thought about it for a long time, and as time passed, I felt like it was sagging more. No matter how much I dieted, when I smiled, only the deep cheek fat would pop out, so I felt like there was no other choice and ended up doing it. It’s been almost 3 months since the surgery, and my overall impression hasn’t changed much; only the part I was worried about disappeared, so I’m satisfied! I don’t remember the surgery cost very well, but I think it was just a flat rate. I also wonder if I should’ve done it sooner. The deep cheek fat was the problem, but I feel like I wasted money and time on so much unnecessary lifting But after doing it, somehow my nasolabial folds feel a bit more prominent…? And they recommended fat grafting, so I did it together, but I’m not sure if I’ll do it again. The effect feels minimal.
