I heard it’s best to look into procedures carefully before deciding, so I made a list of places not too far from home and went around for consultations. By my personal standards, the atmosphere here wasn’t overwhelming, and from the staff to the director, they were on the kind side, so I had a good impression. On top of that, I’m not sure if it was just the time slot when I went for the consultation, but there were some people waiting. Still, it moved along quickly without endless waiting, and that was the best part, so I’m looking at it with interest.
