About 5 years ago, I went in for a consultation for a lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but most of the consultation was with the consultation manager, and because the consultation manager recommended fat grafting, I ended up proceeding with fat grafting too. Recovery after the surgery was slow and difficult, and even now my eye smile is not like it used to be. I also have buccal fat because of the fat grafting. I think of it as the result of my own foolishness for carelessly choosing plastic surgery at a young age, when I didn’t know any better, and I’m reflecting on it. If I could go back, I would have thought the surgery through more carefully.
