The doctor was reasonably kind in an ordinary way, and the consultation manager was also reasonably kind in an ordinary way. It just felt like everything was about average. I asked the doctor to recommend whether I should get ptosis correction or not, and they said it would simply be good if I did it, so the answer was a bit vague.
