Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> It’s been over 1 year and 6 months since surgery. I only had surgery on the square jaw and anterior chin. I had long been self-conscious about the heaviness of my anterior chin and wanted the two pointed corners of my anterior chin gone, and in the end I’m very satisfied. For the anterior chin, I wanted it to be as slim as possible within a safe range, and for the square jaw, I left a lot of the angle and only shaved it down enough to connect naturally with the anterior chin. Because I didn’t cut away much of the square jaw, it didn’t become an overly tapered “dog jaw,” and it looks just natural. Right after surgery, it was really hard because of the pain, but I’m satisfied. I think I’m glad I didn’t overdo the surgery.
