I had been thinking about correcting my hump and deviated nose naturally for 20 years, and before getting any older, I finally worked up the courage. I only wanted a slight correction without anyone noticing, so instead of osteotomy for the hump, I just had it shaved down, and with no implant, I had only the nasal tip slightly raised using ear cartilage. I was worried my nostrils would show severely from the front as I went under anesthesia, but when I woke up, my nose came out longer than I expected At first, because of the swelling, I thought it had improved quite a lot.. but as I entered week 6 and the swelling went down, the very slightly shaved hump started to appear thick.. Since the middle is sunken and the nasal tip is raised, I got a saddle nose on top of the hump. The side profile improved a lot in terms of the hump, but the moment I turn the angle even slightly, the thickened hump and bumpy line show clearly, so I’ve been in a mentally distressed + breakdown phase for 3 weeks.. What should I do?
