Huhuhuhuhu before-before revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage — it’s been over 5 months When I had a CT scan, my nose condition wasn’t very good, and I was told my skin was tight too, so I decided on autologous costal cartilage. Right now my nose feels firm and the shape seems to be holding well, so I don’t regret it, but the scar at the harvest site is still there.. I’m still applying ointment continuously. After getting nose surgery, I like that my face looks shorter, and before, even after doing my nose, it looked obviously operated on but wasn’t a pretty nose. Now I like that the nasal tip is pointed but also rounded! I had even booked a second round of fat grafting, but maybe because what I got in the first round engrafted well, my forehead is full and seems to be maintaining well, so I wondered if adding more would make it too full I might regret it later, but after thinking about it a lot, I canceled it.
