Before/after/after/after My nose used to show the nostrils clearly and the tip looked spread out, but after going through the hands of Director Hong Sung-moon at GNG Plastic Surgery, both the bridge and tip of my nose came out with a sharp, defined line. I used silicone for the bridge and only septal cartilage for the tip! I also had surgery for a deviated septum, rhinitis, and reduction together. The second photo was around one week after nose surgery, and around week 2, there was still swelling, but I think I took the photo because I was so happy just to have a nasal bridge lol The last photo is at one month!
