Over the weekend, I had a consultation at a clinic and got MPL. Even though I diet and diet, there are areas where the fat just won’t come off, so while looking around, I visited a clinic in Sinsa.
I heard it’s a systematic and effective place, with so many people going there for dieting, so I should be able to see results too, right???
They operate normally even on Sundays, so I think it’s really good for office workers. I really liked the clean and simple interior, and the person at the front desk was extremely kind.
After checking in, I went to the changing room, changed into disposable underwear, put on a gown, and came out.
Since it was the weekend, I thought there probably wouldn’t be many customers? But there were so many~
First, they measured my InBody, and through a 3D body scanner, they precisely analyzed my body shape, including body balance evaluation, fat analysis, and obesity risk assessment. Lastly, I also had an ultrasound. I’ve done InBody measurements many times, but maybe because they proceeded step by step with systematic, precise analysis, I thought, I really, really want to succeed with this diet!
After finishing all the tests, while waiting, I had one bottle of water and one soy milk. Honestly, I hadn’t eaten lunch, so my stomach was growling~ After the ultrasound, I talked about this and that with the consultant, discussed my biggest concern, and they also explained diet-related things very thoroughly.
For someone scared like me, injections are really frightening, but I’ll endure it. Fighting until the day I become prettier!
I moved to the treatment room on the 4th floor, and they injected a large, unlimited amount of MPL suited to my body. I liked that there were no steroid ingredients at all, so I could receive it safely without burden. I thought it would hurt, so the nurse gave me something I could grip tightly. Since it was my first time, they said it would hurt, so I was scared.. At first, when the needle went in, it stung sharply, and after that it was okay. After getting all the injections and looking at my legs, wow... are these my legs? How am I going to put pants on? Can I walk? I had all kinds of thoughts, but luckily I had worn wide-leg pants.. They said meals should have a balanced ratio of carbs, protein, and fat, and that eating nutrients evenly helps weight come off well. Starting tomorrow, I’ll drink water diligently and eat carbs, protein, and fat evenly!
This is only session 1, but fighting for the remaining 4 sessions!!
