People here told me it would probably be better to remove it,, so I scheduled the removal and came back. Honestly, I still haven’t really decided whether to do revision surgery or removal, but I think my mind is leaning a lot toward removal,, because it’s been emotionally hard. The director said that after removing the silicone, to prevent a step-off on top, we should finish by placing a thin layer of dermis on the nasal bridge. But I heard that dermis is hard to scrape out later, and because the absorption rate differs for everyone, it can become bumpy,, The director says it will be laid thinly, so I don’t need to worry about the absorption rate, but could you please share some knowledge?? And one more thing I’m curious about: they said they’ll close while leaving the support strut, so does that mean they remove everything that was built up with septal cartilage and ear cartilage? And I’m wondering whether there is a support strut(?) underneath that, or whether those cartilages are what they call the support strut
