First of all, I went knowing it was a factory-style clinic, so of course I expected to wait, but they seem to manage reservations pretty well. Maybe because it was a weekday afternoon, I went straight into the procedure room with almost no waiting, and I was surprised that laser hair removal hurt less than I expected. The doctor performed the procedure without making it awkward, and I paid for up to 5 sessions. The location and accessibility were not bad either lol
