1 Month After 3-Part Facial Contouring + Implant-Free Nasal Tip Surgery

Before before before / after after after hello It has been one month since I had 3-part facial contouring + implant-free nasal tip surgery. From week 2, I thought the swelling was going down slowly and wondered if I had hit a plateau, but now, one month later, looking back at the photos I recorded, it had gone down almost shockingly much~ Now, even when I have morning swelling, I can enjoy putting on makeup and looking in the mirror.!

Before surgery, I wanted my wide cheekbones and asymmetry to improve. My chin felt slightly retruded, and specifically, rather than the mandibular angle below the ear on the square jaw side, I wanted to improve the feeling that the width was broad. So while doing the 3-part facial contouring, I advanced the chin! For my nose, I had filler 8 years ago, but I was concerned that the nasal tip looked blunt and that the alar area? the nasal tip looked a bit droopy! So I had implant-free rhinoplasty done together!

Now that it has been a month, I thought people around me would especially notice a lot, but even my parents just thought I had lost weight and really didn’t recognize it. I heard compliments like, “Your face looks alive now that you lost weight~,” and after taking summer vacation and going through such a tough recovery period, I felt it was worth it. I feel very grateful to the doctors who operated on me naturally and beautifully!

As a one-month recovery review, I’m eating food pretty freely now. During Chuseok, I ate holiday foods without difficulty, and as long as I wasn’t grabbing and tearing into ribs, cutting them into reasonable pieces with scissors didn’t feel like it put much strain on the bone or masseter muscles. I don’t even touch alcohol, so I couldn’t feel anything like an inflammatory reaction. For sleep, I’m now sleeping lying down. My face definitely swells more than when I slept sitting up, but although the swelling slowly goes down around 4 p.m., it goes down like everyday swelling, so I’m not paying much attention to it. For pain, when I wake up, there’s just some pressure in the direction my head was turned while sleeping, and during daily life, areas with reduced sensation sometimes feel zinging and prickly, so I’m thinking I’m recovering well~ Unlike the early period when I was worried something might go wrong, there’s little pain and a lot of swelling has gone down, so I’m really looking forward to how much more my face will change after half a year and after one year.

This is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
