My nose wasn't extremely unattractive, but it was a bulbous nose with a round, rounded tip. In the winter of 2010, my mother took me to a plastic surgery clinic and paid for me to have surgery. It was the plastic surgery clinic where my mother had under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and because she was very satisfied with her own result, she thought they were skilled. She said she had heard they were good at nose surgery too (probably something the clinic said..) I was 20 years old, and I believed only that, did no research, and just got onto the operating table. My nasal bridge was done with silicone, and the nasal tip with ear cartilage. I remember having so much gauze packed into my nose after surgery that breathing was miserable for quite a while.
As time passed, my nasal tip looked lower and I felt dissatisfied, so in the winter of 2013 I went back to the hospital. After a consultation, they said they would do revision surgery as an A/S, charging only a small additional fee(?). But maybe that was the problem. Maybe I was too greedy. After surgery, inflammation developed and the right side of my nasal dorsum became bulging. When I went to the hospital, they said it was scar tissue and suggested trying placenta injections(?) to dissolve the scar, so I went three or four times and got the injections. But although it seemed to have a temporary effect... as time passed, my nose developed contracture and gradually started to turn upward. Gradually, like a pig nose, when seen from the front, my nostrils were lifted and completely visible, and scar tissue formed only on the right side of the nasal dorsum, making my nose look crooked. On top of that, recently an indentation appeared only on the left side under my nasal tip, and pimples keep forming only there. I'm worried it might be inflammation, so I want to get revision surgery quickly. You have to research nose surgery carefully, many people have revision surgery, there are many side effects.. I had none of this information and was ignorant, and I feel pathetic and regretful.
Now this will be my third surgery. I even thought about removing everything completely, but I want to place my truly last hope in revision surgery and find a good hospital specializing in contracted-nose surgery before getting it done. But I don't have much information, so I'm working hard to search around in this community.
Please recommend hospitals specializing in contracted-nose revision surgery, with directors who consult and operate well according to each individual. I'm going to start making a list now. For this poor soul.. please give me one last hope.. recommendations, please!
