The director is very humane. He seems to be the type who pursues safety and natural results. Compared to other hospitals, the surgery cost is a little on the expensive side.
It's been a while since I visited, but the consultation manager was really disappointing. Maybe that day something especially bad had happened.. She kept repeating in an irritated tone that the director would take care of everything himself. And there weren't many before-and-after photos, so it was hard to judge and decide on the surgery.
