My nasal bridge is thick but my nostrils are slim, so it looks really strange from the front, so I’m planning revision rhinoplasty and went to ㅁㅋ, ㅅㄱ(ㅐㅣㅁ), ㅇㅇㅂ, and ㅇㄴㅅㅌ.. Except for one place, they all said it was thick enough to need an osteotomy, so I made up my mind to do the osteotomy.. When I asked about swelling, they said that since they’re shaving down the bone, the swelling could be a bit worse.. Still, they said it goes down quickly within a month, so time is the medicine..... They told me to take walks often. What’s left is deciding on the clinic, but should I go with whichever fits my schedule.. or should I really think it through until the end and decide on the clinic I like even a little more... This is so hard. Because of deciding, I can barely go about my daily life;; My thoughts keep drifting this way.. I feel bad.. I want to decide quickly and shake it off, but I’m afraid it’ll fail if I do that, so I can’t judge rashly. How did you guys decide on a clinic.. Since it’s revision surgery, it feels even more serious

If someone had inflammation during their first surgery, not inflammatory contracture, does that mean they'll 100% get inflammation if they have revision surgery? I'm worried about removal or revision surgery because of inflammation
