I went in for a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning, but they said that rather than fat repositioning, I needed fat grafting to fill the hollow tear troughs, so I proceeded with under-eye fat grafting + anterior cheek fat grafting together, and even received a second touch-up It's been about 6 months since surgery, and maybe because it was fat grafting, even though I had the touch-up too, a lot has definitely been absorbed,, If I could go back, I might have considered under-eye filler a bit too.. But there are no side effects such as calcification or anterior cheek sagging, and aside from the fact that a lot was absorbed compared to before due to the nature of fat grafting surgery, it was a surgery I'm very satisfied with
