I had nose surgery in my early 20s, when I was very sensitive about managing my appearance, and after some time passed, I had to get revision surgery, maybe because there was a problem with the implant that had been inserted. I had contracture, so I was a bit urgent about the revision surgery and went around to various places. I visited with a pretty desperate feeling, and the director understood my feelings so well. They explained in detail, one by one, that I could have the surgery with autologous costal cartilage, how it would proceed, and why a problem had developed in my nose, which I actually liked. Since I knew what the cause was, they said we could respond in this way, and that really gave me trust. I went to several places because I felt rushed, but this was the first place that explained things this kindly and in such detail, so I really liked it.
