I went to ㅅㅇㅋ about alar base reduction, but the consultation ended much faster than I expected, and they just told me how many millimeters they would cut and then left.. Maybe I expected too much. After coming back, I looked up YouTube and other things, and they say alar base reduction can go badly if you have a lot of flesh on the nasal ala or small nostrils, and my nose is exactly like that. I really don’t know how to decide about the surgery. I’m so worried..
