The head director was kind, but things felt hectic during the procedure. They kept giving instructions to the coordinator, and rather than feeling focused, it was somehow a hectic atmosphere? It may have only been like that when I went, and since it was a simple procedure, well... They didn’t do the molding very meticulously, and I bruised pretty badly, but thankfully it disappeared over time. Overall, the staff and service were kind, and the clinic atmosphere was good. I think they like and are good at making the lips look longer.
