When I said I wanted to lower the line of my sausage-like double eyelids, they said I didn’t have extra skin and my eyes protrude slightly, so they recommended the two-line technique + ptosis correction + fat grafting.
Among the clinics I visited for consultations, this was the only one that recommended fat grafting. They said that because my eyes protrude slightly, fat grafting would be necessary when doing the two-line technique to prevent an overlapping crease and support the new line.
I don’t really want to add a lot of procedures, so I probably won’t do it here.
