After Before Before Before After After Before Before I had surgery using silicone and autologous costal cartilage. It looks okay, right? hehe I originally had a bulbous nose, so I kept looking for a hospital to have surgery at, and I chose this clinic because the consultation there was the best. Other places said I also needed alar reduction, but this place said I didn’t have to, so I think I felt more drawn to it. I didn’t really want to get alar reduction... Instead, I had an osteotomy, and I do think my nasal bridge looks slimmer after the osteotomy. This clinic also adjusts the angle between the nose and lips as part of philtrum-nose surgery, so I like that the nasal tip didn’t end up too high and turned out well. I asked for a line somewhere between natural and glamorous, and it has exactly that naturally glamorous feel, so good good. I really didn’t want to have revision surgery, but I’m satisfied now, so I don’t think I need to worry.
