Shaved down a hump nose and put ear cartilage in the nasal tip 5 years later, the silicone had moved down toward the nasal tip, so I had the silicone removed After removal, it went from a straight nose to a slightly upturned nose, and I'm more satisfied But I'm thinking about raising it again
