So, 9 years ago, I got double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty at an eye-specialty clinic, and the area called the lacrimal lake was seriously protruding, so I finally searched hard to try reconstruction.
I narrowed it down to one or two places, and as soon as I went to the first one, I had the consultation and signed right away;;
The reason? First of all, the consultant was so nice. Since I didn’t know medical terms or surgical methods, it could have been a bit frustrating, but she listened slowly and then said it would be better to do only one side? Then the director came in too and said to do only one side??
I mean, the clinic where I got my double eyelids done 9 years ago tried to completely remodel my eyes, but here they said they would precisely do only a tiny correction on the visible part of my lacrimal lake, and I fell for that honesty, so I immediately threw down the deposit, scheduled the date, and left.
And fiiinally, surgery day! Even before starting the surgery, the director put a protractor and ruler to my eye and spent about 10 minutes drawing like an artist while telling me to ask anything I wanted. (I’ll say this many times, but it was one eye.) I went into the operating room and it felt like the surgery took about 30 to 40 minutes(?),,, They woke me up midway from sleep anesthesia, so I could see the surgery being performed through my slightly open eyes (I think I opened and closed them about 6 times?), and the director was so focused that it felt like the protractor and ruler went back and forth on my eye dozens of times (I felt like I had become some work of art). I’m really not an acquaintance of the clinic or anything I could really, really feel that they were focusing carefully on my eye!!!
To the point that the first thing I said as soon as the surgery ended was, Today’s surgery was so touching. And on the other hand, I thought they must have done a lot, so my eye must be all bruised and bloody right now... + all those reviews with no swelling or bruising must have been lies, and I looked in the mirror?
What is this.... It just looks like tape was put on. I’ll have to look at my eye again tomorrow... and it might be swollen then, but definitely, it’s been about three hours since the surgery ended and it looks totally fine. At this level, I can go right back to daily life!!! I’m so happy!!!
I even started suspecting whether the director has golden hands, or whether they didn’t do surgery and only put tape on, so I tried to bait a little by saying, “Isn’t this a scam?”
Really, the director, consultant, nurses, and staff were all kind, and I want to go around bragging everywhere that I had surgery here, but I’m kind of timid, so even now I’m scared someone might recognize me. It’s already famous, but still, I hugely recommend it. At least go for a consultation!!! I’ll keep leaving reviews.

I’ll keep updating and let you know the progress!! It really isn’t swollen at all, and I don’t feel any bruising right now either, but I am a little worried about tomorrow haha
(For the photos, when I stitched them together, the size stretched and shrank and one is with lenses and one is without, so please keep that in mind...) It’s a bit different
