Originally, my nose was blunt, had no nasal tip/alar definition, and was wide. I didn't use ear cartilage, and I didn't put in any silicone implant either. I only had osteotomy and raised the nasal tip/alar area. From the front, compared to my nose before, maybe because of swelling, I can't see the nasal bridge or nasal tip/alar area. It seems even blunter. Will it get better once the swelling goes down?
