There were some people, but not enough to bother me, and the waiting process was well managed, so it was fine haha. I’m not sure whether the consultation manager was friendly, but the director was really kind haha. I was grateful that he explained things in detail, and during the consultation I received a lot of information, so my head felt complicated. I think that was because I went into the consultation without much knowledge! He designed the line with a slightly different feel from the other places I had looked at, so I’m thinking about it a lot
